Anthony Rotella aka Mayhem - is a 21 year old dj/producer from Atlanta, Ga. He's been involved in Atlanta's local scene since 2000 helping organize events such as Pressure, Demo, Process, 404 Audio, Esp101, and Versus. Founder of two record labels, 404 Audio and Shadow-Law Recordings, Mayhem is gaining a buzz internationally for not only his production work but his djing. In 2003, he had two tours in Europe with Rob F and Impulse(seperately) hitting Scotland, Holland, Switzerland, Estonia, and Hungary. In early 2004 he traveled solo for the 1st time making his way to Austria, Hungary, Germany, and Holland. "Tomahawk" by Mayhem and Noisia(NL) was Mayhem's 1st vinyl release in September 2003 on Paul Reset and Pyro's Nerve Recordings. Next was "Chamber(Ft Impulse)" on SLR then "Avalanche(Ft Psidream and Infiltrata)" on Stakka's Payload Recordings. Watch out for "Tsunami" on MC Rymetyme's 1210, "Assimilation(Ft Evol Intent and Psidream)" on Evol Intent Recordings. In the works are
singles for nVision, Habit, Subtitles, Armada, and 404 Audio. Look out for collaborations with Kiko, Evol Intent, Chris.SU, Mindscape, Noisia, Teebee, Rymetyme, and more coming very soon.
Alex Nguyen aka Kiko is a Washington, DC based Producer / Dj. Recently, Kiko has gained loads of attention for his bootleg version of the pop anthem "Milkshake" by Kelis. The remix held its position at #1 on the weekly DOA dubplate chart for numerous weeks and now resides at #1 for all time listens with over 34,000! From his singles "Passport" b/w "Ronin(ft MC Mecha)" on OHM Resistance, "Andromeda(ft MC Mecha)" on Dj Trace's DSCI4, "Haze" b/w "Sabotage(ft MC Mecha)" on Mayhem's SLR imprint and forthcoming material "The Beholder(Ft Rob F)", "Cloud Break(Ft Rob F)", and "Octane" on NYC based Hostile Recodings, "Echelon(ft MC Mecha)" w/ Mayhem on SLR, as well as a single for Skynets nVision Recordings and Load Media.. Kiko is set to drop a tune after tune in the next few months. On the decks, Kiko comes with nothing but the freshest tunes from some of the worlds top producers.
